Cora C. Proctor was born in September of 1881 in San Miguel, CA. She married John Goins in June of 1901. They had four children; Grace in 1902, Laurence in 1907, Alma in 1908 and Clarence in 1910. Cora Proctor-Goins died in 1922 and is buried at Chico Cemetery in Chico, CA.
